Privacy Policy
This policy describes how SideBy Studio handles information in the first release of the SideBy VR Android app and sideby.cc.cd website.
1. Local media in the Android app
SideBy VR uses the Android system folder picker and accesses only the directory you explicitly authorize. The app does not upload images, GIFs, videos or ZIP files from that directory. Uninstalling the app or revoking system access ends that access.
2. Website data
The current website has no accounts, uploads, payments or online conversion. It uses no advertising cookies and has no third-party behavioral analytics enabled. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, time, requested path and browser type for security and reliability.
3. Free sample downloads
A sample download begins only after you actively select it. The file is stored in the location chosen by your device or browser. Downloading a sample does not give the website access to your local media library.
4. Upload beta
The upload beta is not open and the current site cannot accept files. Before opening it, we will update this policy to explain email verification, file storage, retention, processing, deletion and user rights.
